Cool Water Grill in Bayshore lives by a simple motto, they want their customers to, "Enter as strangers, leave as friends." It seems to have rubbed off as patrons rave about Cool Water. One says, "the food, the crowd and the whole atmosphere was wonderful," and another insists that the "menu had a nice variety and taste[d] delicious!" It is hard to argue with that considering the menus for both lunch and dinner are quite varied and expansive. Appetizers (baked clams, batter dipped thick cut mozzarella sticks), soups & salads (shrimp bisque, killer chili), sandwiches (sliced steak, Atlantic salmon BLT), seafood boats, flame-broiled burgers, pasta, wraps & rolls, entrees (seasoned 16 oz. New York strip, grilled king cut filet mignon), under the sea options (stuffed shrimp, grilled mahi mahi) and chicken are all available. There are even extras like fried seafood baskets, make-your-own burgers, desserts and options "for the kiddies." A number of beers are available by the bottle or glass and pair well with many of Cool Water's menu options. On-site catering is also available as Cool Water allows patrons to rent out their elegantly designed restaurant for their special events.

A pleasant find while returning from the Hamptons. Good food, nice location on the bay and an overall very relaxing late lunch experience.
